Please check that you have removed the valve core from the valve stem with the included valve core removal tool.

If you have removed the valve core and you are still unable to inject the tire sealant you might have a clogged valve stem. Use an awl or small screw driver to clear out any debris that might be blocking the valve stem passage way.
