At TireJECT we strive to ship all orders quickly and accurately. We ship daily Monday - Friday for all retail orders placed through TireJECT.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, AutoZone.com, eBay.com (except US National Holidays). We ship from our production facility in Lindley, NY 14858.

If you order after 11AM EST it's likely your order will go out the following day. Our delivery pickup times can vary slightly by day; so for rush orders placed near or just after 11AM EST please contact us (607-333-7343, help@tireject.com) we will do our best to accommodate. Any order/call after 12PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
Estimated delivery times:
The first business day: The clock for the shipping estimate starts the day after the package is mailed, which is the first postal business day. Holidays and weekends: Sundays and holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time. (This is an industry standard and Not a company policy.) No guarantee: These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery time can be impacted by weather or other delays. Checking estimates: You can find the specific estimated delivery date by using the USPS tracking tool or by calculating the rate and destination on the USPS website.

RETURNS:
TireJECT accepts returns requested within 30 days from order delivery date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If TireJECT is at fault for an order mistake or defective item TireJECT will pay shipping at our discretion. All shipping costs paid when order placed are not refundable. If TireJECT provides a return label the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount unless otherwise specified.
